Michele Cozad, Chief Executive Officer/President

Michele is the Chief Executive Officer of FIREHIRE® Inc. She began her experience in emergency services 14 years ago as an EMT-1A. She entered paramedic school in 1984 and has recently retired. She was a Field Training Officer with American Medical Response in Tracy, California. Micheles' fire suppression experience began in 1988 when she applied for reserve firefighter at Tracy Rural Fire District in Tracy, California. Michele served as a reserve firefighter for Tracy Rural for 5 years until she resigned due to moving out of the area. Michele has participated in numerous entry-level firefighter examination processes and is very familiar with the administration of such examinations. Contact Michele at michelec@firehire.com.

Curt is the President/Spokesperson for FIREHIRE® Inc. He began his experience in emergency services in 1976. Curt joined the Air Force as a firefighter and was trained in advanced first aid. Upon discharge, Curt entered the firefighter examination arena. After numerous examination participations, Curt was hired by Manteca-Lathrop Fire Department. He served 5-1/2 years there before leaving. Curt then was hired by the Defense Distribution West Fire Department in Tracy, California. While there, Curt enrolled in paramedic school. After completion of paramedic school, Curt hit the examination trail again. In the meantime, Curt became a reserve firefighter for Tracy Rural Fire District. While employed with Mobile Life Support (now AMR) ambulance service. In March of 1992, Curt began employment with the American River Fire District in Sacramento, California. In December of 2000, American River merged with Sacramento County Fire District and formed the Sacramento Metro Fire District. He is still an active firefighter/paramedic with Sac Metro Fire. | Rob Ferry, Director of Operations |

|
Rob is the Director of Operations for FIREHIRE® Inc. Rob Ferry is currently a Battalion Chief with the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District. Rob is a Certified Fire Officer and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration with emphasis in Fire Protection Planning. Rob spent 6 years with the California Office of Emergency Services as a Federal Emergency Management Agency Grant Specialist.
