| The prospective candidates are trained to a level of Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic, they are administered a National Registry® recognized scenario (Mega-Code®) that will require Advanced Life Support intervention. | The Assessment Center is weighed pass/fail. |

| The Assessment Center is video-taped to alleviate any possible conflicts and/or miscommunications between the proctor and the candidate. Once the candidate is completed with his assessment center, the video is taped over. The videotapes are NOT available for viewing by the agencies. The videotapes remain the property of FIREHIRE® Inc. |
